Grant Reporting Instructions

1. Reports are due within three months following your travel and research.

2. Log into the online grant portal using the button in the upper right of this screen.

3. The report form is listed on your home screen. Click Start button on the left side under Assigned to You. The form asks for a narrative of what was accomplished and expense budget. There is also an opportunity for you to provide feedback to the Foundation and advice to future grantees.
